ISO Certification & Compliance
As part of our commitment to ensuring the security and privacy of our customers, we are pleased to have passed the ISO 27001 surveillance audit this year. In addition, we completed our annual security and compliance training. These efforts are crucial in maintaining our ISO 27001 certification, and we are committed to upholding the highest data security and privacy standards.
Lane’s Integrated Fax Messaging Solution is Now Available in the Epic Connection Hub
This year, we announced Lane’s fax messaging product’s successful integration in the Epic Connection hub, signifying our progress in providing even more comprehensive fax solutions to the healthcare industry. So, if our customers are migrating to a new EHR, Lane can remain in place, and there’s no need to switch faxing providers as our solution interfaces seamlessly.
Employee & Partner Spotlight, Integrations, & Customer-Driven Special Requests
We launched an employee & partner spotlight feature, allowing our customers to get to know their Lane team. We also continued to develop various integrations, including new interfaces into Orchard, Hyland Onbase, and Seacoast. Additionally, we look forward to building new features within Passport and enhancing our DocConvert capability.
New Products & Website Launch
We always look for ways to improve our communication solutions, and this year was no exception. We launched PassFax, our new online fax solution, in addition to enabling chat via our new website. Now, our website provides updated information about our new and existing products and services, such as our Passfax product and Fax 2.0.
Case Studies & NPS
The Lane team is thrilled to have received positive feedback from our customers this year. We attained a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 93, which is a testament to the satisfaction of our customers. We are also grateful for the positive case studies from our customers, which demonstrate the value we provide to their businesses.
Industry Events & Recognition
In 2023, Lane attended and presented at various industry events, including the Clinisys Customer Summit, HIMSS, Channel Partner in Vegas, Tech Summit, Communication Tech Expo Excel, Channel Live in Birmingham & Tech Summit in Dublin. We are also honored to have received a certificate of honor for Top 10 Unified Communication Solution Providers 2023 from CIO Review (Unified Communication 2023).
Federal Government Approval & Site Upgrades
We are pleased to have received annual renewal approval for the U.S. federal government’s System for Award Management (SAM). We have also upgraded a site for one of our customers, adding Fax 2.0, bypassing their current SIP gateway. After a few days of using Fax 2.0, our customer said, “The new fax line seems to be GOLD!! All faxes sent out that line have been completed without issues. Such great news.”
