The Lane Leadership Team


Liz Maya has led the Lane team for over a year, leading all strategic and business operations to help the team work with customers, partners, improve development and continue to scale the company.

Liz loves the Passport application because it provides a world-class messaging platform to clients of all industries worldwide. The Lane solution is customizable to meet the business needs of our clients backed by a knowledgeable team of experts who always go above and beyond. She enjoys the team at Lane and feels honored to work alongside them every day. Outside of work, Liz loves spending time with her family, running, and doing activities outside.


Deb has worked on the Lane team for 34 years. Her longevity at this company has made her a jack of all trades, operating in finance, operations, sales and marketing.

Deb ensures Passport provides our clients with the security and ease of use they require to send out confidential information via fax every day. Her favorite part of the role is the people she works with because the team is cohesive and fun to be around!

Outside of work, Deb enjoys gardening, crocheting and traveling. She is also an avid Disney fan!


Dave has been part of this team for over 20 years working on everything from sales, account management and technical support. When it comes to our products, the ease of use, implementation, and support are items that Dave finds the most effective.

When a customer praises the quality and simplicity of our products and the level of expertise when receiving support, it makes the job worth it for Dave because his goal is to bring the “customer” in customer service. 

Outside of working at Lane Dave loves spending time with his family, and doing outdoor activities like boating, camping, fishing and hunting.


Philip was hired into T4 Systems, Inc. in December of 1991 and has been with Lane ever since. He has been here through five different ownership changes and names and remains an important member of the Lane team under the Dura Portfolio.

Philip’s job entails maintaining software products and supporting customer needs. He loves that our solution can interface with almost any software that our customers use, making Passport incredibly versatile. Philip enjoys working with his teammates at Lane and at Dura headquarters. After work hours and on weekends, riding his motorcycle and target shooting are two of Philip’s hobbies. Additionally, he referees high school and small college football games!


Ray has worked at Lane for 41 of Lanes 46 operating years. On a daily basis, he works to write code, debugging, and testing software for the product. He also assists in answering questions submitted to the support staff. 

Ray loves the fact that our product has continued to be trusted by our customers and partners for over four decades. He also enjoys finding the solutions to various functions/features that our customers ask for.

When Ray isn’t working with customers or development, he collects flashlights and knives of all types, target shooting, and collects firearms from the early 1900’s thru modern offerings.


Chris has been a member of the Lane team for 6 years working on development and customer support. His daily responsibilities include installing and configuring our Passport fax server application at customer’s sites and troubleshooting any issues reported by customers.

The feature he loves most about Lane’s Passport application is how stable it is. Once installed and put into production, most reported issues are a result of changes made on the client’s side that cause issues with the applications and our team can easily solve. Chris loves resolving customers’ issues and getting to work with different people every day. When Chris isn’t serving customers, he enjoys riding his bicycle.


Laszlo has been with the Lane team for 5 years in our European region. He works to help our customers and partners with technical and support issues as well as working on development requests.

Laszlo is also versatile with managing our servers, databases and codebase. He loves working with the Lane team and helping others in any situation. He has a passion for assisting with developing new features of the product and technologies. In his spare time, Laszlo enjoys spending time with family, fishing and traveling.


Simon has worked in our East Pacific office for over 22 years servicing our customers daily. He enjoys troubleshooting customer problems, working with unique systems because he not only solves their challenges but it helps his knowledge of new technologies. Simon’s favorite feature is that Lane’s product is cloud-based with web and mobile solutions. Outside of work, he loves to travel around the world and cycle.

The Lane team attended hands-on training to learn how to install and configure the new etherFAX Remote Integration Service (ERIS). We are excited to announce that we have earned the ERIS certification to provide even more options and exceptional service to our customers.
