Lane Quarterly Update




This year has been a busy year for Lane. We have been celebrating 46 years of serving our customers, we are working on new product offerings, building new system integrations, forming new partnerships and more! We are excited to share new features, helpful resources, and recent updates with you in this quarterly newsletter. Read more to see what else we\’ve been up to this year!

Business Overview

After over 46 years of being in business, we are busier than ever improving our company and working with customers. Our mission is to exceed your expectations by applying robust, tailored solutions in the design and on-going support of innovative solutions by creating real-time tangible benefits for our clients.

We are delighted to formally announce the appointment of our CEO Liz Maya! Liz has been with Lane for over a year, working on operations, customer service and partner initiatives. Justin Brady, who was serving as the CEO of Lane since Dura\’s acquisition, has transitioned to sit on the Board of Directors where he will continue to assist in strategic decisions for our company.

Another employee update this quarter includes, John Mynott, our long-time employee of over 34 years in our United Kingdom office, retired! While we are sad that John will no-longer be part of our day-to-day at Lane, he will continue to consult to assist our team at Lane. Thank you John for everything you did to get our business where we are today.

Key Q1 Updates

  • Integrated our flagship product, Passport, into the Xifin interface to enable a Lane customer to leverage messaging between both platforms, with medical and billing.
  • Introduced a new product offering: ERIS powered by etherFAX launched with our first customer integration underway.
  • Released an NPS program for our customers to provide feedback to our team both semi-annually and after each support ticket.
  • Lane’s team excelled in the Gallup Q12 Engagement Survey, scoring a 4.63 on the 5-point scale. Having a cohesive engaged team is important to us at Lane.

Updates on the Horizon

  • Completion of our Annual ISO Compliance Audit.
  • New Lane website – this will be released early Q3 showcasing a new layout of our products and services, highlighting our projects and sharing resources.
  • Our Android and IOS Apps are almost here for Enterprise Status! We are thrilled to share this update and deliver a tool you can use anywhere.
  • Laszlo will attend the NHS event in London in September. Let us know if you are going, so he can connect with you!

Clinisys is constantly evolving and pushing the boundaries of diagnostic care for pathology laboratories worldwide.
