Lane is excited to announce the launch of its latest innovation—the Passport Fax app for Microsoft Teams. This custom-built app is available exclusively through Lane and offers seamless integration of fax capabilities directly within the Teams environment.
Featuring a user-friendly interface, the Passport Fax app ensures that business professionals and IT teams can manage their fax communications efficiently without leaving their Teams channels.
The Passport Fax app allows users to send faxes using either a traditional fax number or an integrated Address Book for easy selection. By supporting attachments, the app enhances flexibility in document sharing.
Users can also fully utilize the app’s functionality by viewing sent statuses and managing inbound faxes through intuitive tabs. The Address Book, on the other hand, allows users to create, view, and delete contacts effortlessly, ensuring that all fax communications are streamlined and organized. Finally, the Passport Fax window within Teams offers options to retrieve, email to a specific channel, or delete sent messages, providing comprehensive management of faxed documents.
