Lane Attends the 2017 Sunquest User Group Conference

As a leading provider of integrated messaging, fax and edi solutions for the Medical and Healthcare sector, Lane Telecom is attending the 2-17 Sunquest User Group conference from the 21st – 25th August 2017.

SUG, Inc. is an independent not-for-profit corporation founded to foster and develop skills and training on the Sunquest Information Systems suite of products. Sunquest Information Systems is a leader in the development, installation, and management of healthcare information systems.

SUG, Inc. was formed to ensure users could get training and exchange ideas and help resolve issues through direct interaction with their peers, colleagues and our vendor.

The primary mission of the SUG is to educate our users. This is done through routine conference calls sponsored by our Special Interest Groups (SIG\’s), which focus on specific product lines or generic issues across several of the products. The annual meeting provides a superb opportunity for users to get together and conduct training through seminars, round table discussions and lectures. It also provides the users with access to Sunquest executives and the vendor support staff, programmers and analysts. We also have Regional User Groups (RUG\’s) that meet a couple of times a year to further our mission in a more regional setting.
