etherFAX Remote Integration Service ERIS
Lane is proud to announce that we are ERIS certified! With the ability to replace many local fax server functions and provide support for a wide variety of applications, businesses can securely communicate more efficiently than ever before.
ERIS Supports a Wide Range of Applications & Integrations
ERIS has the ability to process outbound jobs from your file system and deliver to the etherFAX network, while the scheduler manages all outbound transactions and provides status upon completion. All transactions are delivered securely to and from the etherFAX network.
Additionally, ERIS is a great fit for those who have migrated to or currently use EPIC systems. ERIS is on EPIC’s App Orchard as a preferred integration solution primarily for hospitals. If you’re currently using AllScripts, EPIC, NextGen, or Cerner EHRs, ERIS can integrate seamlessly for a smooth transition and reliable operation.

“After a critical ransomware attack, we lost all access to our Windows servers. The Lane team was instrumental in returning the fax server to operational status. Their support is always willing to help and very knowledgeable.”
