We have expanded our partnering with some of the leading enterprise and healthcare information systems in the industry, passed our annual ISO 27001 surveillance audit, and have continued to develop our groundbreaking faxing solutions. Partnership Expansions, Certifications, & Higher Customer Satisfaction Rates
This past year, Lane has seen a much welcomed growth within our partnerships with etherFAX and Clinisys, thus allowing us to continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Our expanded partnership with etherFAX enables 100% secure document transfer through etherFAX\’s Secure Exchange Network (SENx), meeting the unique needs of countless business enterprises. As for our expanded partnership with Clinisys, our new integrated SaaS solution allows us to offer pathology laboratories the ability to digitize complex workflows with a scalable, secure, and lower cost solution. These new developments within our partnerships mean we can continue to deliver the value and customer satisfaction our customers have come to expect.
Lane passed the annual ISO 27001 surveillance audit with flying colors, which ensures that our information systems and data remain secure and private. It is this continued commitment to security that allows us to guarantee the safety of customer data while establishing ourselves as a trusted and reliable digital faxing partner.
Our customer satisfaction rates have been soaring this year as well. In fact, our NPS-R or Net-Promoter-Score, reveals a steady 89 and glowing reviews. Moreover, we’ve received exceptionally high scores for ticket resolution, with our average score reaching a solid 10! Thanks to our migration to our new CRM system Salesforce, we’re able to take full advantage of the latest in enterprise solutions and deliver unparalleled customer service.

New Product Updates & Year-End Projects
This year we’ve also rolled out tons of new features, capabilities, functionalities and more. Our new interface development within the XiFin accounts receivables platform allows for the leveraging of fax internally and externally, while our integration with DocConverts has received feature and functionality enhancements. These improvements would not be possible without the valued feedback of our customer base.
Lane’s dedicated team is always searching for ways to improve our service offerings and support. As a matter of fact, our team is always learning and growing our knowledge on current best practices. This includes the continued education of our new product offerings, such as ERIS. Lane is proudly ERIS certified by etherFAX, meaning our customer-base can take total advantage of the latest in faxing technology such as expanded functionality, lowered costs, as well as simple set up and implementation.
