2025 Recap: Integrations, Innovation & Incredible Customer Success

As we bring 2025 to a close, we’re excited to reflect on a year filled with growth, new partnerships, and major advances in our product suite, all grounded in the exceptional customer experience Lane is known for. From deepening our integration capabilities to celebrating 49 years in business and five years with Dura Software, this year was truly one to celebrate.

Advancing Our Connected Fax Future

One of our biggest areas of momentum this year came from integrations. We officially launched our Microsoft Teams integration, enabling users to fax securely right from a platform they use every day. We also made significant progress on our Salesforce integration, which will open the door to streamlined communication workflows within one of the world’s most widely used CRM systems.

Fax 2.0 continued to gain traction across industries, reinforcing the critical role secure faxing plays in healthcare and beyond. Meanwhile, we celebrated 49 years of innovation in secure communications, a milestone that brings us one step closer to our 50th anniversary celebration in 2026.

We also expanded our global network of partners, strengthening our ability to scale and innovate. This included officializing our partnership with MorseCom, and Akabis and announcing a new strategic partnership with Invosys. With these partnerships, we’re extending secure, and efficient fax capabilities to even more organizations worldwide.

Operational Excellence and Growth

Behind the scenes, our team drove important initiatives to enhance compliance, security, and reliability. We successfully completed our ISO Surveillance Audit, transitioning to the updated 2022 standards while continuing to strengthen the business practices required to maintain that certification, including regular table-top exercises for incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

We also invested heavily in product research and development, including cloud architecture advancement tied to a major financial-sector RFP, demonstrating our continued direction toward a cloud-first future.

In addition, we:

  • Hosted three webinars this year, building awareness and education about secure faxing
  • Secured multi-year contracts, reflecting long-term customer confidence
  • Continued HIPAA and compliance education across our team

2025 also marked the fifth anniversary of Lane joining Dura Software, a partnership that continues to accelerate our vision.

These reviews are more than just numbers, they reinforce our commitment to being the most trusted partner in secure fax communications.

Modernizing Infrastructure for the Future

This year, we released a new “Orange to Blue” installation featuring operational and security enhancements for improved deployment experiences. We also launched our Enterprise Status App on iOS, giving customers real-time visibility into their environment.

Our product and development teams laid additional groundwork for the future with:
